RT: Tooth owies
Did everyone survive Halloween? Did your teeth? If they did, I guess you’re not trying hard enough. After you read today’s comic about Nathan getting married, I highly recommend finding the first bag of sugar you can and eating the whole thing. Also, Luke…

Bungie Podcasts – Full of Juicy Goodness
I’m not sure how many of you listened to both Bungie podcasts released yesterday… but there’s quite a bit of interesting information buried deep within the joking and PG-13 language. If you haven’t had a chance to hear them, swing by the Weekly Update (links are here) and spend some time with ’em!(Louis Wu 11:43:00 UTC)

A Film Called Halo
Vociferous, over at the Ascendant Justice blog, wrote up a piece looking at the Halo film saga to this point… and offering suggestions on how to make this project come back to life. Not only suggestions… but a script of his own! Amazing. Go read. Thanks, Cocopjojo. (Louis Wu 11:36:42 UTC)

AH: Happy Halloween! (I hate myself!)
You’ve begged for it…and here it is…the next installment of Forced Enjoyment. I put it off as long as I possibly could, but it finally caught up to me. It’s been a while since I’ve played this game and the controls are a bit difficult if you haven’t…

Boo.
The Bungie Weekly Update has some cool Halloween pics, a little tiny bit of info about Halo 3: Recon, and podcasts. Two of ’em. A new one, and the Lost Podcast from PAX. Nobody can complain about the lack of info in the Weekly Update until they’ve listened to the podcasts. Period. You can, as usual, read it in our Weekly Update Archive, if you’re so inclined.(Louis Wu 23:50:02 UTC)

Darkspire’s back.
Wonga. Darkspire Films is back – with two new products (and the promise of another pair). Aynder Seal is six and a half minutes long, weighs in at 180 mb, and is confusing as hell. Luna Habladora is six minutes long, 250 mb, and a lot less serious. It involves, as the title might suggest… a talking moon. They’re both part of the same storyline. Both are in HD QuickTime format (1280×720), and recorded at 60fps. Thanks, SaberUmbra.(Louis Wu 21:48:42 UTC)

Enigmatic Observation… Revisited
Whoa, very cool. A couple of years ago, BOLL created a really intricate easter egg for One One Se7en, Stuntmutt’s long-running Halo comic. It’s unclear how many people found it at the time… but over in his blog, he’s written up the whole episode – thought process, intermediate artwork, and more. A fascinating look into the brain of one of HBO’s most prolific content submitters! Check it out.(Louis Wu 16:54:21 UTC)
