On December 31st 2010 at midnight PST, the online servers for The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth II will be taken offline.

It’s sad when EA does this and prevents gamers from unlocking their achievements. Oh well, what can you do?

Criterion has said that if they can get that video to 1,000,000 views by December 12th then they’d release 3 special cars out to DLC for free. so Watch it, be amazed by the awesomeness of NFS HP and then buy the game. Or just watch the 2 videos linked in this post.
Anyway, please keep submitting those videos so that I’ve got more stuff to post and you get recognition from everyone else for making a video about the oh so precious achievements we all love.

ViDoL put together a 15 minute ode to MLG Pro Snip3down – I could live without the soundtrack, but the gameplay is UNREAL. (Well, it’s not Unreal, it’s Halo 3, but you know what I mean.) As expected, the Bungie Weekly Update went live yesterday – lots of good stuff in there. There are reminders of what the week brought (Noble Map Pack, Podcast), warnings about a new wave of autobans (don’t mod stuff!), new mobile wallpapers, info about an upcoming mobile version of Bungie.net – and lots and lots of free map codes (for those quick enough to grab ’em). Anticipating a boring holiday break with that lame family? Well hopefully being able to download Red vs. Blue Revelation to your desktop, laptop, iPod, iPad or iPhone will help! Red vs. Blue Revelation is out on iTunes and boy is it downloadable. You can even pick up the HD version which makes the Tex fight, ice fight, etc. look pretty awesome. The rest of the RvB library is also on iTunes, Amazon on Demand and Zune Marketplace.
