Still more from the GAF upstart
…and… more from Hitmonchan107. Halo: Evolutions is up for an Audie (the Audiobook industry’s equivalent of the Oscars) in Science Fiction/Fantasy. BenStreeper is building a Reach armor suit out of Fedex boxes. justCrafted wants your clips for a community montage, and has a teaser to show you what he’d do with them. And My Gamer Connections is offering a chance to play Reach with MLG Pro Ghostayame. Go soak it in!(Louis Wu 21:00:48 UTC)

Now available in Gruntivision
Rockslider has decided to make his original videos (same screensize, but larger filesize, smoother animation) available from his site. Check his forum post for details!(Louis Wu 20:55:14 UTC)

From our man in the field…
Hitmonchan107 put up another pair of posts on NeoGAF last night – here are some of the goodies he uncovered:- MachinimaRespawn has posted another promo piece – this one stars Mrs Sark, Hutch, and the Dead Pixel. While I’d appreciate the help… I could live without the underwear.
- Justgameblogger is hosting a Reach FFA tourney on LIVE, with a Gamestop giftcard (or MS Points) as the top prize. Game day is next Wednesday.
- TheGamersHub posted a review of the Defiant Map Pack – probably not TOO many people still undecided about this, but you never know!
- NightshadeMachinima posted a Halo: Reach rendition of the Men in Black theme song. Pretty nicely done!
- jimexproductions1 cut a Halo Reach Trailer – it’s not perfect, but it’s pretty cool nonetheless! Go watch it.
(There’s more stuff than that; I only pulled the best links.) Okay, my slaving all day over a hot forum post is done – I’m gonna go rest.(Louis Wu 15:45:33 UTC)

Lone Wolf BOB Bites the Dust
Lord Friendship managed to kill the BOB (the gold Ranger Elite hidden on most (all?) Reach campaign levels) on Lone Wolf – if you want to watch how, swing by his fileshare. A pretty interesting video! (Louis Wu 15:21:47 UTC)
-
Betrayals, loss of limbs, and glowing moas
ZZoMBiE13 let us know that Rooster Teeth’s Fails of the Weak Volume 29 is live – they are ALL great clips this time around. Loved this one. (Louis Wu 15:12:32 UTC)

Halo: Faith – absorbed by Machinima.com
kanbo was first to notice a post on Halo: Faith’s Facebook page – looks like they’ve been annexed by Machinima.com! Interesting. Distribution is now exclusive to Machinima’s YouTube channel.(Louis Wu 18:03:31 UTC)
