We would like to recruit your assistance.

Those fine folks over at Irrational Games, developers of the upcoming Bioshock Infinite, are giving one lucky gamer the chance to be part of the game. Entering the competition is simple, and your chance to enter ends at 11:59pm Eastern Time on April 13th, you just need to fill in the form on this link, which also has all the details.

Good luck!

Hedgemony whipped up a pair of panoramas of a Seraph crash on Long Night of Solace – wow. Just… wow.(Louis Wu 15:26:25 UTC)

Cody Moore pointed out a pretty cool LEGO Master Chief, created by Ewok in Disguise… I’m impressed.(Louis Wu 15:25:43 UTC)

He just ain’t stopping. Swing by this post of Hitmonchan107’s for a collection of funny (and very short) YouTube reach tidbits, plus a potential Bungie sighting at the East Coast Game Conference this week, four hours of Defiant Map Pack gaming from Machinima Respawn (!!), another clip from Sanity Not Included, and more. (Louis Wu 15:24:07 UTC)

You may have noticed the slight artistic difference in today’s comic. Luke’s computer is on the fritz so he had to draw this in MS Paint.

And yes, this comic is true. Thanks for all the booze guys!

And now for something a little different. I don’t know if this is a new feature on the site, or a one time thing. Check out Game Time: Burnie vs Geoff, and let us know what you think!

When you need achievements, for your gamerscore, who you gonna call? BrownMan ! Ok that was terrible, but this guide in Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime I made isn’t terrible. Enjoy!

Now this is dedication – a LEGO fan designed a set to mimic the chase scene in the Red vs Blue Season 9 trailer… with LEGOs. Nice!(Louis Wu 23:05:08 UTC)

Hitmonchan107, after promising he was done for a while, came back this afternoon for ANOTHER round of Halo links. While I was out enjoying myself in Community BTB, he was sweating away in a room full of small children – wait, that’s not right. Anyway, check out his finds.

• Slashprofilms tried to create a Jaws parody in the Reach engine. They ran into some problems.
• A gamesite editor is giving away a copy of Dr. Halsey’s journal on Twitter – swing by if you’d like to get in on this.
• An article that seems to have been written several months ago showed up on X360 Magazine’s website – they’ve come up with alternative punishments for Reach cheaters.
• He found a couple of nice montages – Arkanum and Thrust’s Snipetality-edited trailer, and Just Mad’s “I’m Still Just Mad 2” (it’s old, but we’ve never mentioned it). Update: Oops, that was I’m Still Just Mad (the first one). The second one is here. Thanks, HMC.

There’s quite a bit more; I only picked the highlights. Go look!(Louis Wu 22:59:30 UTC)

Summary One (from NeoGAF’s Hitmonchan107):

• Wezi82 built a Halo/Minecraft mashup – pretty cute!
• EuphorianFilms released Area 616 – the color filters go a long way to making this feel a bit more serious than the typical Halo machinima.
• Sanity Not Included has a Reach segment in its latest episode. Don’t watch the rest of the video at work. Armor Lock haters will not appreciate this. (There’s a followup at the end.)
• All-Ways Wireless tweeted about a Reach tournament on April 30 in Salt Lake City, UT. (Hitmonchan was kind enough to provide a Google Maps link.)

Many thanks to Hitmonchan107 for his news coverage all week!(Louis Wu 16:32:07 UTC)
