Making of – Teach Me How to Super Bounce
GeneticSpartan put together a massive tutorial, showing how he created most of the visual effects in a recent well-received machinima project. If you’re looking for tips on how to add cool effects to your videos… or you’re just curious how he did it… go watch this!(Louis Wu 17:00:36 UTC)

MLG Anaheim 2012
CyReN pointed HaloGAF towards a fan-made event montage looking back on MLG Anaheim. It’s really nicely done, and notable for its LACK of Halo content. (Just a couple of seconds, total – Street Fighter gets as much airtime as Halo does. This makes me sad.) Worth watching, though. (Louis Wu 16:58:12 UTC)

Mail Sack 21 – Hiding in my Brain
On Friday, I read the latest Bungie Mail Sack, which was full of fun tidbits and the occasional Halo-related morsel. (Did you know that DeeJ hates Spartan Lasers? I did.) Maybe half a dozen times since, I’ve made a mental note to write up a small newspost about said Sack, to help spread the word of it. Each time, I’ve gotten distracted (SQUIRREL), and now it’s Sunday, and I STILL haven’t posted anything. So I’m posting. Go to Bungie.net, read the latest Mail Sack, and smile.(Louis Wu 16:47:03 UTC)

Australian Eyedol
Someday, your children’s children will bring home their summer reading list from school, and instead of dreading the fight through thousands of pages of War & Peace, their eyes will be wide and their sense of wonder piqued. Because down the list, 8th from the bottom, second column, will be Samurai Fronk: Wanted Mostly Dead by Hedgemony. You can catch Part 2 yourself right now, right here, and tell your grandkids, “I was there from day one.”(GrimBrother One 13:50:00 UTC)

Mator stopped in to announce he’s put together a couple of videos showing you how to fly a Banshee upside in Halo PC. The Tyrant showed off a run done by a friend, VincentKurayama – it’s a Mythic run through Reach’s Tip of the Spear on Mythic… with every possible enemy killed. Now THAT’s some dedication. The plan is to play the whole GAME this way. (This is just the first episode.)(Louis Wu 13:41:01 UTC)
