YouTube user Tridyrium has collected all the Halo 4 music heard so far into a single playlist – while you’ve probably listened to the older stuff by now, the newest finds (recorded off Halo Waypoint’s Xbox 360 portal) are quite possibly new for you. We’ve mentioned the Xbox LIVE Marketplace Halo 4 portal before, but it’s worth mentioning again – there’s an awful lot going on there. The background audio tells some really interesting stories (kelticking provides a direct link if you want to grab a local copy)… and if you’re patient, you might even see some ARG activity (General Vagueness filmed a little). MLG Anaheim 2012
CyReN pointed HaloGAF towards a fan-made event montage looking back on MLG Anaheim. It’s really nicely done, and notable for its LACK of Halo content. On Friday, I read the latest Bungie Mail Sack, which was full of fun tidbits and the occasional Halo-related morsel. (Did you know that DeeJ hates Spartan Lasers? I did.) Maybe half a dozen times since, I’ve made a mental note to write up a small newspost about said Sack, to help spread the word of it. Trick Flying
Mator stopped in to announce he’s put together a couple of videos showing you how to fly a Banshee upside in Halo PC. He says it’s not a new trick, but he’s been having trouble explaining it to people who’ve asked, so he figured a visual tutorial (including showing what he’s doing with his mouse) might help.(Louis Wu 13:42:08 UTC)
