Halo 4 Mythic – Done.
Lord Friendship stopped in with word of a player who has completed Halo 4 on Mythic (solo, Legendary, all skulls on). Whoa. I learned a new way to deal with Promethean Knights… remains to be seen if iI’m gutsy enough to use it. (Louis Wu 18:46:08 UTC)

The Gym – A Halo 4 Map for Training Skills

From Schooly D:Similar to The Gym from Reach, The Gym v2.0 is a place where you and your friends can practice your Halo skills. “Focus” is the watchword at 343 Industries and in keeping with that spirit, we’ve set up a number of stations to focus your training efforts for maximum benefit. It’s the perfect place to warm up before an upcoming night of matchmaking, or just to idle around listening to the soothing sounds of waterfalls and far-off explosions. If you’d like to download the map, it’s on my File Share (GT: Schooly D) along with the “Training” game type for optimal use.

Community Member of the Week: SilentA98
Every Monday, we feature a community member who does one or more of the following things: routinely goes above and beyond for their fellow forum members, is a positive and active member of the community, and/or sends me mass amounts of cat pictures. This week our Community Member of the Week is SilentA98. Read a little more about this particular person below, then hit their profile to learn why size doesn’t matter!

Gamertag: SilentA98.
Origin of Gamertag: Well, the first part of my gamertag comes from a derivation of things. I always think stealth is the best weapon, but for my original name it didn’t work. SilentbladeA98 didn’t fit, which was my original gamertag before I had LIVE. It’s mostly resemblant of my favorite attack, a quick back smack with a sword. The latter part of my name, A98, was my Service Tag in Halo 3 that my friend gave me. It just kinda stuck. Also, for those who read the Star Wars novels, you may remember A98-Nate as one of the Clone Troopers.
Current clan/community: Waypoint!
Halo game(s) you are currently playing: Reach, Halo 3, ODST, Halo 2, Halo: Anniversary.
Favorite map, game type and playlist: Map: Midship, Lockout, Guardian, Sanctuary, The Pit, Sandtrap, Sandbox and Ascension, to name a few of my most favorite. Game type: MLG, SWAT, Snipers, Multiteam, Team Doubles and FFA. Playlist: SWAT.
Least favorite map, game type and playlist: Map: High Ground, Sword Base, Reflection and Powerhouse. Game type: Vanilla Slayer (Reach) and Oddball. Playlist: Grifball.
Preferred control scheme: Boxer, knock you right in the face!
Halo playing style (offense, defense, sniper, driver, etc.): Sniper (defense), Stealth (offense).
Favorite character: Kelly-087. If you’re gonna do something, do it fast.
Favorite Halo book: Fall of Reach.
Favorite Halo quote: “Feel the wrath of my sticky, blue, BALLS!” – Grunt, Halo 3: ODST.
Anything else we should know? If you ever wanna go into customs, or Reach, or Halo 4 or pretty much anything else, feel free to send me a message!

Halo 4: Looks that Kill
Marisha Ray is hosting a new series from The Stylish called ‘Looks that Kill’ – it’s a study of the costume design of the Forward Unto Dawn webseries. Episode 1 is up – it covers the Master Chief, the cadets’ uniforms, and more. Interesting stuff! (Unfortunately, Ray tells viewers ‘if you haven’t seen the series, go watch it’ – this is no longer possible on the web; episodes 3-5 have been pulled down from YouTube and Halo Waypoint.) Thanks, Anton P. Nym.(Louis Wu 19:13:21 UTC)
