Whee! MORE rumors! (Although this one is said to be coming out soon in EGM, which makes it a little more confirmable…) NintendoRevolution.ca is reporting that Jason Jones (yeah, the one from Bungie) has been interviewed in the latest EGM – saying he’s interested in the idea of creating a first-person shooter on the Nintendo Revolution. (Huhwha?) I’d love 3rd-party confirmation that the interview even exists… much less that Jones wasn’t taken out of context in this news snippet. (Never mind the fact that Jones doesn’t give interviews to ANYBODY, EVER. Almost.) Thanks to Hanchen Lu, who found this on Kotaku. Update: Frankie says the Nintendo boyz are full of it. There ain’t no such interview.

imSuck put together a very pretty webring you can use for your homepage – or just for navigating to most of the large Halo sites out there. There are a couple of community forum threads you can join in if you feel the need to comment (HIH and HaloGrid)… but check it out in any case, just because it’s purdy.

A couple of days ago, Slacker Entertainment posted a new clip for their Heroes & Heretics series; the Opening Credits are now up. It’s just credits… but the production value is highhighhigh. I can’t WAIT for ep 1! (Music is original, and quite good; these guys know what they’re doing, across the board.) Check it out. Available in QuickTime, DivX, and WMP9 formats, both high and low res. They’re hosting all of them – because they want to give their server a workout… but I’d have no problem stepping in if they ran into trouble; this one’s worth seeing. In honor of yesterday’s Superbowl, Veegie put this little beauty together – and retsamolah reminded us of an older pic he did. (I didn’t have a favorite going into the game – I haven’t had time to watch any football this year – but I have to say, whoever’s job it was in the Steelers organization to pay off the referees… he really earned his keep last night.) Pretty darned quiet weekend; we’ve heard about very little Halo news (which, I suppose, is a good thing when the weekend workload is as big as it is this weekend). Dropshock wrote yesterday to point out that Episode 10 of their podcast has been released; swing by their site to grab a copy. And then enjoy the rest of your afternoon; in the US, an awful lot of us will be watching the Superbowl in a few hours, so things will likely STAY quiet.
