Another Halo news site on the scene… Inside Mac Games has launched Mac Halo, an ‘IMG affiliate dedicated to delivering the latest news on Bungie’s upcoming award-winning game.’ Currently light on content, but they’re promising ‘interviews and much more’ in the near future. Stop by and take a look.

The Halo SETI Marines continue to crunch over 350 units a day, but the SETI server is overloaded enough that there’s no easy way to see how they’re doing, relative to other teams. Who says they don’t listen to fans? Two subjects discussed recently on our forum have been new weapons, and limb-specific damage. In this week’s Halo update, Matt Soell mentions a new weapon that issuspiciously similar to a suggestion made on this very forum in days past.He also mentions ‘secret beasties’, and ‘limb-specific impact animations’.
