It’s the holiday season – and Bungie’s taking it easy. Doesn’t mean they don’t have anything for you, though… last night’s Bungie Weekly Update went live on time, thanks to Chris ‘runningturtle’ Gossett, and while it might not be full of details about what Bungie’s been up to this past week, it DOES contain some pretty cool goodies. The coolest, by far, is the Bungie Holiday Card – what a labor of Halo love! See how many details you can pick out – there are nods to all SORTS of things in there. Other update highlights: the VGA Halo trailer, which you might have seen if you’d watched the VGAs this year, is now available for download (or streaming), some fun-to-read Reach stats have been compiled in a pretty nice format, and the year’s last Blame Stosh is… awesome. EA recently released a press release detailing the freshly announced Bulletstorm: Epic Edition, which will be available to purchase when the game is released on XBox 360, PS3 and PC on February 22nd 2011 for North America (25th for Europe). The Epic edition will include in-game bonuses for it’s online multiplayerm, including 25,000 experience points, visual upgrades for their iconic leash, deadly Peace Maker Carbine, boots and armour.

That’s not all though, as XBox 360 gamers will also receive exclusive early access to the Gears of War 3 multiplayer Beta, though there is no word on a release date of the Beta. So, if you were unsure about buying Bulletstorm this might entice you to do so, or may just get you more excited for the highly anticipated shooter once February rolls in.
In either case, you’ll have plenty of chances to kill with skill in 2011.

Hey guys, I have a couple of quick Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II videos for you today. The Endor DLC dropped earlier this week and here are a few of my favorite new achievements.

The first shows the locations of the three brand new hidden Holocrons in the game.

The second video shows you how to kick Ewoks in the head. So awesome. Oh, there is other stuff as well.

Sure, Kinect gave me a gut, but I think it’s far sexier in person than this comic portrays. As a matter of fact, wasn’t weight a sign of health in the old days? I bet I’d be fucking royalty 500 years ago.

It’s Friday, so it’s time for new chapters in Tyrant’s Mythic Difficulty Guide, and his Legendary Walkthrough on YouTube. If you’re shooting for Solo, Legendary, All Skulls On, No Saves, No Deaths, it’s time for Exodus – this is your first chance at real boots-on-the-ground urban combat in Reach, and Tyrant doesn’t disappoint. Twelve videos (and plenty of text) will give you the tips and tricks you need to beat this challenge. If Legendary alone is more your style (or if you’re already done with Mythic Exodus and preparing for Mythic New Alexandria), swing by YouTube and check out his 3-part New Alexandria walkthrough – better video quality, better audio quality, and… an interesting intro.
