Halo Legends DVD Release Date
Looks like Halo Legends (the full DVD) has a release date – February 9, 2010. (That press release suggests that the first episode will be visible on Waypoint on Saturday.)(Louis Wu 14:48:43 UTC)

For those of you who couldn’t guess, the title is a lame rip off of Queen’s “Another One Bites the Dust.”
Just a quick shout out to BamBamBradley aka Bright_Eyes as he recently broke a major Gamerscore milestone, and joins the ever growing list of 100K Achievement Hunters.
Well done sir! Also, don’t forget that tomorrow Halo: Waypoint will be available for all XBox Live Gold Members. If you don’t know what Waypoint’s all about, check out this video that Gus posted from the future, but is actually in our past.

AH: You have no excuse!

Hey guys, just a quick heads up. The guys over at Kotaku spotted a pretty sick deal that is going on this weekend at Wal-Mart.
This Saturday, (and only this Saturday) you can buy an Xbox 360 Arcade unit for $199 with a $100 gift card. That’s an Xbox Arcade for $100, essentially. If you don’t have a 360 yet, or if you are looking to get another one for your bedroom/living room so you can always be grabbing achievements, this looks like a pretty badass time to get one.
You can read more details right here.

Fans Helping Fans
Looks like the Spartan 1 Project is back with more help for Halo fans – they want to help you finish the Déjà Vu achievement, because they’ve gotten awfully good at it! They’ve already helped over 200 people get this achievement, and they average 35 minutes per run – if you’ve got a spare half-hour, and need those 25 points, swing by their Bungie.net group!(Louis Wu 18:07:06 UTC)
