Minecraft: Alpha Halo v.2
Nikko B201 let us know yesterday that he’d overhauled his ‘Minecraft Classic Alpha Halo’ area – a Minecraft play area which takes all kinds of inspiration from Halo. His post gives you instructions on how to spawn yourself into the map – but if you’re not a Minecraft player, and just want to see what he’s done, he’s posted a Photobucket gallery, showing off a couple of dozen shots. Take a look! (Louis Wu 22:30:31 UTC)

A Broken Warrior or a Heroic Return?
MaxRealflugel has reopened The Secrets Within with a new article that speculates about the psychological states of the Master Chief and Cortana in the upcoming Halo 4. I’m not sure I buy some of his assumptions… but it’s an interesting read. (He warns that output will be slower than it was before the recent closure – so savor this.) (Louis Wu 22:18:45 UTC)

tranQ and Friends 5 – A Halo Community Montage
You cannot watch this video.
Please Enter your Date of Birth
From FBWalshyFTW:This is the fifth installment of tranQ’s Halo community montage series “tranQ & Friends,” featuring gameplay from himself and the rest of the Halo community. As usual, the video showcases a nice mix of clips across several Halos, game types, and maps, and the editing is simple. I thought that the gameplay cut too quickly through the footage at times, but the syncing is great and the flow is still good overall. Enjoy!
