VentureBeat’s take
VentureBeat listed 11 things they’ve learned about Halo 4 – maybe this should be titled ’11 things we think we’ve guessed about Halo 4′, but it’s an interesting list. Thanks, Boomwood.(Louis Wu 16:27:59 UTC)

Reach Weekly Challenge – 3.05.12
Sometimes it can be really fun to go off as a lone wolf and pwn the baddies of the galaxy all on your own. But sometimes, it’s even more fun if you’ve got your friends along for the ride to share in the experiences and later retelling of stories. This week, we challenge you to team up and take on the game’s hardest mode for glory and credits. So grab your Halo buddies and load up your favorite Campaign mission because it’s going to be legen — wait for it… dary!
Legendary Friends – 10,000cR
Complete any Campaign mission on Legendary in co-op mode.
Since this is a co-op challenge, now would be a great time to visit the forums and connect with other folks to round out your squad:

The Flood Begins
Over at Metacafe, an interview with Frank O’Connor (done by OXM’s Ryan McCaffrey) was posted a bit early – it went live at 3am, ET (about 6 hours before the embargo was to lift). It contains some Halo 4 multiplayer footage, and some critical information (no public Halo 4 Beta, for example) – go watch!(Louis Wu 14:01:31 UTC)

FUD’s Halo 4 Reveal Hub
Today’s the day the Halo 4 news embargo related to last week’s Spring Showcase ends; we should see a flood of Halo 4 content, beginning in a couple of hours. We’ll do our best to keep up, but Grim’s got jury duty this morning, and I’m in and out of the office – we might get behind. Over at Forward Unto Dawn, Dani’s set up a Halo 4 Reveal Hub – it might be the best place for an overview of what’s come out! (That said, I’ll try really hard to make sure you don’t need them. 🙂 ) (Louis Wu 12:10:45 UTC)

Halo Mylar Prints
Things are probably going to get insane later today – but for now, let’s clear out what’s currently on our forum. Yesterday, Fon462 mentioned that there are a bunch of new Halo Mylar prints on eBay – a little searching showed this to be true. If you’re looking for cool artwork and you missed these when Bungie was selling them… here’s another chance.(Louis Wu 12:01:42 UTC)

Kill ’em all… you know the rest
Rockslider has started up a new video series – this one is characterized as a collection of “kill-em all speed run movies”. The first one is a run (literally) through AotCR, on Legendary, no vehicles, no sniper rifle. There are even outtakes. Go watch!(Louis Wu 15:23:09 UTC)

Telikos Protocol
Pete Cooper stopped in with word of a project he’s been working on for the past year or so – he calls it ‘Halo-inspired’, and it looks amazing. It’s a graphic novel called ‘Telikos Protocol’, and he’s doing the writing, while Adam Burn is doing the artwork. (Both of them work together on Pete’s Operation Chastity movie project, as well.) Go check it out!(Louis Wu 15:20:34 UTC)
