With the recent release of Minecraft on the Xbox LIVE Arcade, a lot of the HaloCouncil.com staff have been playing non-stop. A new spoof of the famous Halo 3 commercial “Believe” was released in a Minecraft version. Check it out!

Fellow reclaimers from all over, feast your eyes upon a small replica of a UNSC Paris-class heavy frigate! This replica is made out of wooden coffee stirring sticks, hot glue, and paint. It’s about 18-20 centimeters long, and the name of the ship is the UNSC Pure Wooden Defender. Here is a video that shows the full frigate and a montage of the creation.

Anything else we should know? I’m a Reach Inheritor and a Halo 3 50. A level 75 on Waypoint with every achievement to date, including H2 for the PC. I love Halo, and I play competitive as well as for fun. Halo 2 was by far my favorite Halo with over 10k games played online… great times! So far I haven’t missed a LASO Weekly Challenge so when another one is up, hit me up!

With Halo 4 on the way, I thought it’d be awesome to revisit some of the Halo: Reach achievements for those of you who want to nab them all before the next game is released. This video features five achievements which can be obtained in Campaign, and yes, I’m playing on Legendary. The achievements are:
1) Two Corpses in One Grave
2) Banshees, Fast and Low
3) Lucky Me
4) If They Came to Hear Me Beg
5) Wake Up, Buttercup
If you can think of any other Campaign or Firefight achievements you’d like me to do (no, I’m not going to spend another hour hitting the one million mark in Firefight!), let me know!
