One of the coolest things about Battlefield: Bad Company 2’s multiplayer is the leveling system, which allows you unlock better kits the more you play. What’s even cooler than that, is doing it by the method described in today’s comic. -

Oboe Solo from ODST
Awesome. RvB’s OboeCrazy had a big concert a couple of days ago – and decided to play some ODST music (on an oboe) to warm up. Just 36 seconds long – go watch it!(Louis Wu 19:31:19 UTC)

Reach Reach Reach…
In honor of Marcus Lehto’s birthday, the Bungie Developer’s Blog has released a ringtone (in a couple of flavors) of Marcus describing his neuronal firing. Go grab a copy! (And not only a Happy Birthday to Marcus, but a belated one to Joe Tung, who was fêted on February 28 – we managed to skip over that. Sorry, Joe!)(Louis Wu 15:37:42 UTC)

If the US army owned Halo3
Toxic Mayhem pointed out a video that went up on YouTube just a few days ago – but it was clear that it’s a much older vid, so I did a little digging. Apparently, it was originally released in September 2007, just before Halo 3 came out. (We missed it then.) Regardless, it’s funny – go give it a few minutes of your time.(Louis Wu 15:37:06 UTC)

DARK!
No, the Bungie Weekly Update doesn’t provide you with the skinny on the Multiplayer Trailer teases. That doesn’t mean it’s not worth reading, though – lots of good stuff in there. Everything from a clean version of the trailer’s soundtrack (C Paul – you rock) to winners of the emblem contest, to a really funny Blame Stosh vid… and even more. Go read. (It’s in our Weekly Update Archive, if you’d rather read it there.)(Louis Wu 01:59:26 UTC)
