Achievement HORSE 83
The Rooster Teeth crew continues their HORSE tournament on the Forward Unto Dawn – wait, that’s not right. It’s just a regular tournament game, no FUD at all! Ray takes on Adam (the actual match was recorded at RTX, though the commentary was filmed later) for the second of the semifinal slots. Watch on AchievementHunter.com or YouTube, your choice. Thanks to Nikko B201 for the heads-up.(Louis Wu 12:43:31 UTC)

Forward Unto Dawn Day Continues
Still MORE FUD stuff, this time at Halo Waypoint:- The Halo Bulletin is all about FUD – lots and lots of pictures, lots of cool tidbits. (There is, of course, a local and MUCH lighter version in our Halo Bulletin Archive.)
- Our own GrimBrother One shares screentime with CruelLEGACEY and Greenskull in a video entitled ‘On the Set of Forward Unto Dawn’ – a great overview of the FUD filming process.
What are you waiting for? This stuff ain’t gonna watch itself!(Louis Wu 12:39:20 UTC)

From Florida Unto Dawn
Back in May, I had the opportunity to join Greenskull & CruelLEGACEY on a stealth trip to Vancouver, Canada to check out the set of the upcoming Halo film project Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn. It was an incredible experience full of awesome surprises, but they wouldn’t be the same if we weren’t able to share them with you, the Halo Community. Over the next few weeks and months, we’ll each be bringing you some very cool exclusive looks and impressions from the set, as well as insight from the cast and crew. We hope you enjoy it. Here are a few of the new features for your viewing pleasure…- Right here under your very own HBO umbrella is a chat with 343 Industries’ Frank O’Connor & Kevin Grace, who were kind enough to give us some of their thoughts on the upcoming project and their hopes for community reception.
- Over at CruelLEGACY Productions, don’t miss a Behind The Scenes overview, a closer look at the Master Chief, and a very special episode of the Waypoint Modcast, where CruelLEGACEY, Greenskull, and myself were joined by IGN’s Director of Video Production, Fran Mirabella to discuss what we had experienced that day.
- Don’t miss Greenskull’s own video feature over at ReadyUpLive. The man knows how to put together an entertaining shot; go see what he thought about the FuD set!
Again, there will be even more content coming up, so stay tuned!(GrimBrother One 01:29:14 UTC)

Noc-Noc, Who’s There?
Hedgemony is back from his vision quest in the Andes mountains with a freshly-minted copy of Samurai Fronk: Wanted Mostly Dead Part 3. We’ve gotten word that CNN is cancelling a special on the Higgs-Boson in order to air a documentary on Hedge’s artistic inspiration titled “Toast & Vegemite: The Naked Muse”. Just in case that falls through though, you can still catch all of his brilliant comic work right here. Check it out! Oh and uh… nice t-shirt. ;-)(GrimBrother One 16:18:35 UTC)

Wait… what?
Shadders posted a video on his Little English Halo Blog that… that i can’t explain. And that you probably shouldn’t watch at work, unless your boss has a pretty weird sense of humor. (There’s no nudity, but…) It’s… it’s… I have no words.(Louis Wu 16:12:19 UTC)
