AH: Free Avatar Stuff
During the recent XBox Live Arcade House Party, you may have noticed the 5 digit codes on the Game Marketplace section on the Xbox Live dashboard after playing the game trials and/or full games of the Xbox Live Arcade titles released throughout March.
These games were Toy Soldiers, Scrap Metal, Perfect Dark and two codes for today’s Game Room.
Put these codes together and what do you get? The ‘Grill Prop’ for your Avatar, but to save you some time, here’s the code:Grill Prop: 9XBX9-9RCD9-9BCK9-9PRTY-9RCKZ
There’s been a similar promotion run on Bing, and users of the search engine who enter the term “xbox avatar bing shirt” will also receive a code for, you guessed it, a Bing logo shirt for your Avatar. Again, here’s the codes:

VGL on PBS – Coming Soon
Back in December, we mentioned a PBS special on VideoGamesLive, to be recorded on February 5 in New Orleans. As far as I can tell, this was postponed until April 1 – you can read the latest press release for it on their website. (Broadcast is slated for July 31.) Man of a Thousand Maps (well, a few, anyway)
This went live yesterday, but it’s 10 minutes long, and it took until today to find the time to actually watch it: NOKYARD, known for his Grifball maps and his speedrunning, was interviewed by the Halo Waypoint team, letting him show off some of the maps he’s built (Grifball and non-Grifball alike). You’ll have to visit Halo Waypoint on Xbox LIVE to watch this – but it’s pretty cool!(Louis Wu 19:15:41 UTC)
