A super-cool gift to win
Over at NeoGAF, Shadders mentioned that he’s giving away a very cool, you-can’t-buy-it Halo 4 Moleskine notebook – swing by his post – or his Little English Halo Blog – to read what you’d need to do to win it! (He’s also giving away a Limited Edition copy of Halo 4. I’m amazed that I think that this is a second-tier prize when compared to that notebook… but I do.) (Louis Wu 19:04:59 UTC)

A transcendent playing experience outweighs all.
The Atlantic has an article that looks at Halo 4 – the headline is pretty funny:‘Halo 4’ Gets Everything Wrong …except for the gameplay, which—as with the first three multi-billion-dollars-selling Halo first-person shooter games—is really, really fun.
They back up this statement with a lengthy critique of the art design, storytelling, level design… but they keep coming back to how much fun it is to play. Interesting read! (Louis Wu 18:29:15 UTC)
