Halowards – The Oscars for Halo Machinimas and Montages

From Thibault:
What are the Halowards? This is a great ceremony organized by HaloQG, the biggest YouTube channel in Halo’s French community. This ceremony is the counterpart to the Oscars for machinimas and montages made with Halo’s games.
A jury of six members first decided which videos which would be preselected, and then the community voted among 29 categories during the month of March. And the moment to reveal to the public the results is about to begin…
First, there will be a live stream of the ceremony on HaloQG’s official TwithTV channel on Saturday, 8th of June, at 2:30PM (8:30PM in France). Then, the video will be broadcast on our YouTube channel.
For more information, go to this page: http://www.haloqg.com/t3361-halowards-2012-le-direct#55283. Thanks, and see you then!

The latest Halo Bulletin details the vision behind making Spartan Assault a reality by an excerpt from Frankie. We also talk about the changes to the maps made across matchmaking giving War Games a fresh new feel. Enjoy

B is for Butthead
The new Halo Bulletin is online now – and has been since last night. (Thanks, MacGyver10.) The main focus is Halo: Spartan Assault (new screens, new desktops, a bit of history in how it came about), but there’s also quite a bit of info about the Matchmaking playlist updates… and some internal trash-talking. And some very blue screenshots. As always, you’re welcome to read it locally, for a lighter experience, in our Halo Bulletin Archive.(Louis Wu 20:15:04 UTC)

Halo-themed Makeup

From Dietrah Taveras:
When you think Halo, you automatically think of the Master Chief. His main color is green but I wanted to show off the other colors in Halo. If you think back to the game, you will notice, from the menus to the special effects, that there is a lot of blue. Even Cortana had blue accents! Learn how to get the look here.
