From Furiousn00b:
I whipped up a Halo 4 Emblem Generator for everyone to use. It pulls the emblems straight from Halo 4 metadata – so you can be sure that it includes every emblem foreground, background and color. It should automatically update if new emblems are ever added, too. Enjoy!

Jack and Gavin (aka Javin, or Gack) fight each other in the arena of Halo 4. Who will win this episode of Achievement PIG?!

In the second installment of Bungie Community Theater, Deej says that Bungie has been working for years “under the cover of darkness” on a new universe, but that what they’ve been creating will be unveiled “within a matter of weeks”.

Halo is a fictional universe. However, sometimes we catch sight of things in real life that remind us of our favorite science fiction video game franchise. This particular series, titled Halo in Real Life, showcases those very moments. Enjoy the subtle Halo references sometimes spotted when out and about in the real world, and if you have a picture you’d like to submit for possible future inclusion, send it to bsangel[at]halowaypoint.com!

Here is the mid-season finale of Spartan Ops in comic book form. Episode 5 brings us action, mystery, intrigue, deception and a HUGE cliffhanger!
From MythicTyrant:
Now in the depths of Requiem’s core, we learn that the UNSC starship Infinity is on a collision course for the planet. Our mission is simple. Deactivate the pylons and contact Infinity in time to warn them of the danger. Unfortunately, our new “friends” seem to see things a bit differently.
Recommended skulls here are Tilt (for extra shield resistance – this applies to both you AND enemies) and Catch (to force the Knights to lob grenades more than shoot).

Some people show their love for Halo by playing the games. Others get a relevant image permanently placed upon their body. Enjoy this particular example of a Halo-related body modification, and if you have a picture you’d like to submit for possible future inclusion, send it to bsangel[at]halowaypoint.com!

From DefendTheHouse:
DefendTheHouse is proud to present the fourth installment of our Halo 4 Mythbusters series! In this episode, we put some of our most asked questions to the test.

From Prima Games:
Before Fireteam Crimson was so rudely interrupted by the boarding and subsequent threatened nuclear annihilation of the USNC Infinity, they were deployed to the Apex mountain facility to seal off a portal network. The Covenant were cut down in great numbers during the previous engagement, but they have returned in force. It is now Fireteam Crimson’s job to finish what was started. One difference: The last time you were at Apex, you fought downhill. This time, you’re going up the mountain.

This week, we are proud to premiere the Team Doubles playlist. This playlist offers three different game modes: Infinity Doubles, Doubles Pro, and CTF Doubles.
We’ve launched the playlist with 6 different maps, which include:
Haven (modified for this playlist)
Abandon (modified for this playlist)
Solace (modified for this playlist)
Dispatch
Scythe
Rail
Slayer games are played up to 300 points, while CTF games are played up to 5 flags. For more details about Team Doubles, check out the latest Halo Bulletin.
Also premiering for the first time is Infinity CTF, a new variant within the Capture the Flag playlist which adds personal ordnance to CTF. This game type will be offered on all current maps in the playlist, as well as Relay and Exile, which have just been added to the playlist today.
Also, the Rogue and Tracker Specializations are now unlocked for all players. As always, these Specializations will grant you access to armor sets, emblems, visor colors, weapon and armor skins, and of course, the coveted armor mods. Advancing through Rogue will earn you the Stability Armor mod, while completing Tracker will grant you access to the Requisition armor mod.
For more information on the above, check out the latest Halo Bulletin, and keep an eye out for Matchmaking updates each week!
Every Monday, we feature a community member who does one or more of the following things: routinely goes above and beyond for their fellow forum members, is a positive and active member of the community, and/or sends me mass amounts of cat pictures. This week our Community Member of the Week is eben gibon king. Read a little more about him below, then hit his profile to learn why exactly he enjoys staring at goats!

Gamertag: eben gibon king.
Origin of Gamertag: It’s a weird one but the day before I made an Xbox LIVE account, we had the tv on some crappy game show and they’d decided to do an episode with kids/teenagers as the contestants. Anyway, one of the kids was called Eben and his “special area of interest” was Gibbons. My Dad yelled, “Eben! King of the Gibbons!” and that just stuck in my head.
Halo game(s) you are currently playing: Reach, Anniversary and Halo 4.
Favorite map, game type and playlist: Game type would probably be Free for All or Team Slayer.
Least favorite map, game type and playlist: Unfortunately, I have to say that my least favourite maps are the ones built in to Reach. Not sure about game type or playlist.
Preferred control scheme: Recon!
Favorite Halo character: Thel “Arbiter” ‘Vadam.
Favorite Halo quote: “Quando il gioco è finito, il re e il pedone vanno nella stessa scatola.”, which translates to, “When the game is over, the king and the pawn go in the same box.”
Anything else we should know? I’m Australian, and I’m doing a media studies course majoring in Film and Television and Sub-Majoring in Animation. I’m a big supporter of bringing back some of what made old games great, and I won’t back down from my opinion unless someone has solid evidence to prove it wrong.

This video covers how to make a gravity train in Forge. Gravity volumes are used to move crates along a track, and they are spawned in simultaneously when Site A is extracted by holding X on the button. The gravity train was first shown in our Trait Zones and Gravity Volumes Tutorial.
