Hello Waypoint goers, every Saturday at 6PM ET I hold a weekly test night lobby for players to get top-notch feedback from some of the best forgers out there for your maps and custom game types. We aim to make you a better forger by offering advice on flow, weapon placement and overall design of your maps, teaching you the ins and outs of custom multiplayer map design. Join us this week as we test Ricochet maps for the upcoming contest. This is the perfect opportunity to perfect your map before officially submitting it to the Community Cartographers and Certain Affinity. For more information and to sign up, stop by our thread!
We’re happy to announce that the Test Night will be supporting ForgeHub as well, offering open arms to their community and site. Three weeks have passed since the start of the Pax Prime 2013 weekend hanging out with the Ready Up Live crew. Our weekend started with our flight Wednesday morning out to Seattle, packing a Tahoe full of people and luggage, and running out to our first dinner destination, Wingdom. From there, the weekend unfolded with pre-Pax parties, sight-seeing excursions, the Halo 4 Global Championship, the show floor, panels and post-Pax goodbyes. We also had the pleasure of meeting up with GrifballHub, HaloGAF, Beyond Entertainment and our favorite Halo Waypoint staffers. Joining us on the podcast to help recount the tales of old are Minolta1034, Mcky 126, Rebel Rouser, Drax122, Start a R1OT and Nak3d Eli. Enjoy

Lights make everything better
JoshuaKane visited DragonCon this year, fully kitted out as a Spartan with a really cool energy sword (created by our old friend Sean Bradley, no less) – you can read about it at Adafruit, or watch a short video of the sword, in all its colorful glory.
