From AgentPaperCraft:
Hello, Waypoint goers! With the addition of community-made content going into Matchmaking, custom maps and game types have become an integral part of Halo’s Multiplayer. Forgers and game type creators often work hours, days and even months on their content before it’s considered for Matchmaking, and it’s usually the lack of having a ready player-base to test their maps that makes it takes so long. So I offer an option to our Forgers, a place to bring your maps and game types to have them tested and reviewed by a group of the top Forgers around. You’ll receive top-notch forging tips and tricks to wow your players, improve map spawn and flow, provide a better map experience and get your name out there. You’ll also get to work directly with the Community Cartographers, a select group of community Forge enthusiasts who work with 343 Industries in the search of top-quality content for Matchmaking consideration. Every Wednesday night at 6PM ET, get an invite by sending “AgentPaperCraft” a message over Xbox LIVE, or leave a comment in the Test Night Thread.
Hope to see you there!

“Awkward Moments in Halo” is a series about the strange moments we witness when playing Halo 4. This episode focuses on sniping. Enjoy!
Some people show their love for Halo by playing the games. Others get a relevant image permanently placed upon their body. Enjoy this particular example of a Halo-related body modification, and if you have a picture you’d like to submit for possible future inclusion, send it to bsangel[at]halowaypoint.com!

Every Monday, we feature a community member who does one or more of the following things: routinely goes above and beyond for their fellow forum members, is a positive and active member of the community, and/or sends me mass amounts of cat pictures. This week our Community Member of the Week is FistOtheUnicorn. Read a little more about this particular fan below, then hit their profile to learn even more!

Gamertag: FistOtheUnicorn.
Origin of Gamertag: My Gamertag FistOtheUnicorn was chosen as a nod to a Halo CEA egg.
Current clan/community: Ancient Warriors, old dudes that play well. Section 3 is the best at what they do.
Favorite map: My favorite map is Sand Tarp. Ahh, see what I did there? CTF on Sandtrap with Elephants was epic.
Favorite mode: I love BTB, but right now I am trying to finish Dominion victory master. Love that Optimus Prime armor!
Favorite game type: I love matchmaking but being an explorer, I enjoy campaign’s nooks and crannies.
Favorite Halo quote: My favorite line belongs to Sgt. Johnson when he says, “This is it baby, hold me.” However, Buck’s ODST silent Legendary ending contribution stands alone.
Anything else we should know? I have been playing Halo since it was released, and have loved watching the game evolve. Halo was developed to be the game that game developers wanted to play. I feel this is still true today. I am a completionist, and have enjoyed every egg found and achievement completed.
From Beyond Entertainment:

Halo is a fictional universe. However, the place where it’s created is not. Serving as home to both Mister and Master Chief, little else is known about the inside of our studio…until now. Enjoy a teeny tiny peek inside 343 industries, and if you have a hankering to see or learn about something that isn’t overly top secret, send it to bsangel[at]halowaypoint.com and we’ll see what we can do!

From Postmortem:
Visualizing the Halo Universe is a website designed to encourage artists of all kinds to come forth and share their unique visions of some of the least-seen aspects of the Halo universe by participating in set rounds of focused brainstorming and creation. Here are the results for Round 10!
DangerousDave submitted an excellent rendition of a Flood-infected zebra, taking inspiration from Halo story “The Last Voyage of the Infinite Succor” from the Halo Graphic Novel.
TDSPIRAL submitted a perfectly twisted (pun intended) vision of a rampaging elephant combat form.
And Sl’askia showed us the terrifying possibility of a new combat form, called the Devourer.
Thanks to all who submitted. Feel free to check out our archived page for Round 10 if you’d like to see what kind of combat forms the Halo community has envisioned previously, and remember to check in next Sunday for Round 11, this one focused on a human subject!
