Halo: Nightfall panel

For those who weren’t able to make it out to San Diego, we recorded our Halo: Nightfall panel. Here it is for your viewing pleasure!
Halo: The Master Chief Collection Panel

This morning, only the most dedicated Halo fans at San Diego Comic-Con were able to rise early enough to make it out and enjoy our Halo: The Master Chief Collection panel. Many fans got their place in line starting as early as 5 a.m. to have the best seats in the house. The Master Chief himself was on hand to silently, solemnly thank them for their love and devotion.

The panel was moderated by myself, Dennis Ries, Max Hoberman, and Frank O’Connor were also joined by Franck Balson, Director at Blur Studios.
Max and Frank shared some fond memories from the early days of Halo 2 and the very early days of Xbox Live. Strange now to think that until Halo 2 – if you wanted to access your friends list you had to leave the game!
As has become a tradition handed down from panel to panel, we also revealed another map that you’ll see re-mastered and reimagined in Halo 2: Anniversary as part of Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Get ready to spend some time this November in sandy, sunny Zanzibar!

We’ve got your first looks at this map – both concept art and in-game screenshots to keep you company until you get to set (virtual) foot on the real deal November 11. For more Zanzibar eye candy, head here!
We’re working on getting the video of the panel up on YouTube and hope to have that ready to share with you soon.
In the meantime, the fun continues here at San Diego Comic Con all weekend! If you’re here, be sure to come over to the Xbox Lounge at the Hyatt to say hello! Follow us on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to keep up with all the news. We’ve got plenty of cool stuff to give away and share with you, so stay tuned!

We’ll have more to say as the day wraps up. Before then, head here to check out screenshots and concept art of Zanzibar from Halo 2: Anniversary!
Survival is a Choice

Earlier today at San Diego Comic Con, we shared lots of new info in our Halo: Nightfall panel. Geoff Knighley welcomed Executive Producer Kiki Wolfkill, Scott Free President David Zucker, Franchise Development Director Frank O’Connor, and two of the stars of Halo: Nightfall Mike Colter and Christina Chong to talk about the digital series with a packed crowd of fans.
We were there to record the entire panel and we’ll be sure to post it to our YouTube channel later this weekend, but until it’s ready we’ve got some exclusive looks at some of the stuff we shared here for you in glorious HD!
