Team Beyond has gone through the recently uploaded Master Chief Collection manual, and the wording for Theater modes suggests that some functionality that DID exist in Halo 3 (when it launched in 2007) has been removed in the Master Chief Collection. 343 hasn’t commented, that we’ve heard, so it’s possible that there’s just some misunderstanding going on… but it’s also possible that you will not be able to easily create campaign experiences in the MCC. Yesterday, Bravo posted a list of the 50 Achievements (500 gamerscore) being added to the existing 400 Achievements that ship with The Master Chief Collection – I’m guessing some of these will have a very, very, VERY low completion rate.
