New Sheet Music at R.net
Over at Rampancy.net, there are new posts for sheet music – Perilous Journey and Unforgotten, both transcribed by Devin. (You need to log in to see the attachments, and even then, there seems to be nothing attached to the Unforgotten post – but that might change later today.)(Louis Wu 12:39:57 UTC)

Halo Memorial Day Tribute
big appleton created a Memorial Day tribute, using cutscene footage along with footage from other trailers and promotional material – very nicely done. A fitting video as the US takes a day to remember those who’ve sacrificed to protect her. (If you choose to respond to his forum post, please remember our rules regarding political discussion – this isn’t the time to announce that you don’t approve of soldiers, okay?)(Louis Wu 12:22:30 UTC)

Arby ‘n’ the Chief: The Movie
DigitalPh33r (and Lemur) have put together Arby ‘n’ the Chief: The Movie; it’s 30 minutes, and there seems to be a problem with the full YouTube version, but if you watch it in two parts, it works fine (Part 1 | Part 2). Master Chief gets a taste of Hollywood… and then some. Thanks to all that let us know – looks like christianh was first.(Louis Wu 12:19:19 UTC)

Pan-Cam, Theater Cam, and Invisible Barriers – a Guide
In the last few months, we’ve posted links to lots of panoramic shots (and collections of panoramic shots), and one of the more common questions we see these days is “how do you use the pan-cam feature/how do you get outside of the levels to take those pics?” pete_the_duck has kindly written up an easy-to-follow guide with just this information – and we’ve linked it in the handy-dandy list of links on the right side of our forum. Check it out!(Louis Wu 21:22:14 UTC)

Dodgeball – all the cool kids are playing it
Ragegummy, from The Social, let us know about a new gametype they’re promoting – it’s called ‘Dodgeball’. I’ve played a few different gametypes where the goal was to stick the opponent (including the Bungie Favorite ‘Nades and Spades’), and I love them… this one seems seriously polished. Check out the rules and guidelines – then download the files from B.net! (Louis Wu 16:07:35 UTC)

Halo Scale, Revisited
Yesterday, we got a note from Stephen Loftus – he’d used a tool pointed out on our forum to add some previously-unknown measurements to his Halo Scale Comparison charts. The UNSC Albatross Dropship has been added to the UNSC Vehicles page. Nice! (There might also be some new articles on the way, soon…)(Louis Wu 16:06:38 UTC)

Bungie interviews at B.net
I stumbled upon ‘Honoring Bungie‘, a group at Bungie.net that has done some interviews with Bungie personnel – there’s a three-parter with Luke Smith (Part One | Part Two | Part Three) and another three-parter with JonnyOThan (Part One | Part Two | Part Three). Go see what drove these guys to get jobs at Bungie, and what they’re doing now!(Louis Wu 16:05:33 UTC)

Most of these comics are grounded in some form of truth, but honestly, I don’t know if Jason has ever been on a date, let alone talked to a girl. dggeoff

The drunks are back for another week of burning bridges. Burn, bridges! Burn! The actor who played GTA IV’s Niko Bellic made $100,000 for 20 weeks of work over 15 months, but is upset that he is not being paid residuals on a game that made so…
