Halo and Hand Cramps
Looks like TeamBeyond landed a pretty sweet interview with Josh Holmes of 343 Industries going into great detail on the new Warzone multiplayer mode, Req Packs, Arena multiplayer and more. Some of the highlights (or lowlights in some cases) are spartan customization, further req card explanation, no offline LAN support and on-map powerups are returning. The latest novel in the Halo series came out this week, called ‘Hunters in The Dark’ from Peter David. Not only does the cover feature the super-rare, super-awesome blind wolf, but apparently the pages on the inside have some pretty cool words too! Team Coco vs HBO (the TV channel, not the real one)
Conan O’Brien and the cast of the HBO show Silicon Valley squared off in some Halo 5: Guardians Arena multiplayer this week on the Clueless Gamer segment. I feel like watching Team Coco play would be like playing on a team with Wu and Stuntmutt.(MacGyver10 15:40:44 UTC)

Cortana on HoloLens Kickstarter in 2016?

Statues, Steelbooks and Spartans
If you’ve seen enough of Halo 5: Guardians this week already to know you want it this fall, Grizzlei in our forums posted the pre-order info from Xbox.com so you can reserve your gaming experience. She also pointed us to a tweet from Rob Semsey, Senior Comms Manager at 343 Industries, informing us the Limited Collector’s Edition comes only with a digital download of the game this time.Update:Looks like Engadget has a few pictures of the LCE statue featuring the Chief and Locke!(MacGyver10 15:02:08 UTC)

Warzone Multiplayer! Vagueness Will Die if This Has Forge.
A lot going on this week in the world of Halo, and along with the first campaign reveal of Halo 5, we received a first look at a new multiplayer mode with the Halo 5 Warzone Trailer. 343 Industries has since released a Vidoc for the all new multiplayer mode with some behind the scenes information and explanation of this new 12v12vEnemy mode for Halo. Halo 5 Co-op Campaign Clarification
For folks who haven’t been keeping up on ALL the details, it’s worth noting this post on Halo Waypoint; it’s a clarification of a bit of information that was in Game Informer’s cover article on Halo 5.
