The Summer Mythic Recon Challenge rolls on – Tyrant issued the Vth installment (did u c wut I did thar?) today, over at Bungie.net. You’ve got a week to beat Halo 3’s 7th level, The Covenant, on Mythic (SLASO) difficulty, and do it better than anyone else; do so, and you win Recon. In addition to the hints and suggestions provided in the Bungie Blog post, you’ve got one more resource – Tyrant’s Mythic Walkthrough v2.0 of that level went live this morning. • Community Funtage 6, from the Funtage Crew, shows off fun/cool/entertaining clips compiled from the community at large
• The Halo 3 Ban remixes Eminem’s ‘The Way I Am’ – pretty well done, and some very nice social gameplay.
• WaffleBrains whipped up Goose on the Loose, a Goosetage – nearly 9 minutes of splatters and brokeback kills.
• CMNeir released ‘New Ride’, a Halo machinima that anyone with bragging friends can relate to. Well… except for the time travel stuff.
