How much for the Cortana level?
There aren’t any references in this article – but it suggests that Halo 3 cost £15 million (about $30 million) to develop, not including marketing costs. This is the first I’ve seen of an actual development estimate… and that’s a lot of green. Good thing it raked in $300 million the first week!
