Let’s Play Myth Co-op #24 The Final Battle
We’re playing the next of Bungie’s famous games, the Real Time Tactics fantasy wargame, Myth. Set in a mysterious land of cyclical war and destruction, Myth lets you command a ragtag army in a desperate battle against the forces of the Fallen Lords.
This is the final confrontation between Alric and Balor. But they say Balor cannot be simply killed…
In this episode we’re once again using the high definition tagset, made by Ooga Booga, Renwood and Road. The Myth Myth HD Total Conversion v1.31 provides higher resolution units.
Due to the tireless work of many community members over the years, the Myth engine has been modernized to work on current operating systems, although you’ll still need a copy of the game’s data files to play. Check Ebay.

The Long-awaited Halo SPV3 Mod Releases TONIGHT at Midnight
One of the most long-awaited, well done Halo fan projects will see its release tonight at midnight (EST)! Masterz1337 stopped in with the news today that after years of development, you will be able to download and play the ‘Halo: Single Player Version 3’ mod for PC here shortly! IGN Previewing the Upcoming Warzone: Firefight With New Map, Vehicle, Enemy and REQ Footage
IGN has put up a quick preview of the upcoming Warzone Firefight update that shows off the Goblin and Wasp in action on a new Warzone map, as well as the new ‘temple variants’ of the wraith, banshee and ghost. Also, there’s now confirmation of the old school beam rifle returning! Just for clarity, David Ellis posted on HaloGAF that Warzone: Firefight is still 8 players, the Wasp will be used outside of Firefight and the three new maps are spread across Warzone, Warzone Assault and Arena.(MacGyver10 20:31:29 UTC)

Goblins and Wasps (UNSC flying vehicle!) in Upcoming Warzone Firefight Update
Some sly extras have just been revealed to be included in the upcoming Warzone Firefight update from an article at Polygon. Alongside the new REQs, maps and Forge canvas, they’ve shown off a new enemy unit called the Goblin and UNSC vehicle named the Wasp. One is a tiny mech unit piloted by grunts, and the latter is a new human VTOL with twin machine guns and rocket launchers. (Thanks Gravemind!)(MacGyver10 13:38:39 UTC)
