onebitrocket was the first to let us know that the second Halo Wars ViDoc (“Expanding the Arsenal”) is available on Xbox Live Marketplace. You can’t queue it up from the web right now, because marketplace.xbox.com seems to be down… but you can navigate to Games, then New Arrivals, then Game Videos to grab it on…
