Over at IGN, there’s a press release for a software upgrade for the iWear VR920, a video eyewear unit that lets you play video games in 3D. v2.2 of the software now supports Halo: Combat Evolved on XP/Vista. (The unit retails for $400, but the street price is a bit lower – $350 or so.)…

Planet Halo has a tidbit from the September 2008 EGM – their Rumor Mill is claiming that Bungie is working on “multiplatform/PS3 games”. Unlikely to be Halo-related (I can’t see a Halo game showing up on a non-Microsoft console), but it certainly seems to be feasible.(Louis Wu 12:22:41 UTC)
