Been a while in preparation, and it won’t be fully fleshed out for a couple of weeks, at least… but the Halo 3 Cutscene Library is now online. Arrival, plus all of the ending variants, are now available for download. At the moment, you have two choices for download size: 856×480 (widescreen 480p), or 428×240…
