Today, almost 7 months after the release of Halo, we received mail from SquirrelJam, asking about the numbers on the front of the Scorpion tank. (He had his suspicions. They were right.) We missed this earlier today, but Bungie has made a new theme available to Seventh Column chapters – Hunters. If you want to see what it looks like, visit The HBO Junkies! Thanks to Stosh, for creating it.

Heh – Gamespy has put up a new Grudge Match on their front page; Spider-Man vs. Master Chief – who wins? Currently, Spidey’s whuppin’ the TAR out of MC… go see if you can change that. (Thanks to Darth Paul for the heads-up.)

Dang – this came last night, missed it. 🙁 Ryan ‘Mhaddy’ Matthews, of The Junkyard, wrote to let us know that the Junkyard has been experiencing some downtime (since the weekend, actually – they’re not dead, just offline for a bit. They’ll be back up and running soon.

(Yes, the subject has been looked at before – but never coupled with an attempt to interpret them.) He’s done a fantastic job…

Reuters is reporting that a market analyst is predicting a $100 price cut on the Xbox to be announced as early as E3 (in less than 3 weeks). That should jump-start new sales… thanks to Dave Calotta for the heads-up.
