I never thought I’d be attracted to Burnie, but then he goes and does something like in today’s comic. We’re going to mouth kiss. Also, I know I already linked it, but Luke’s timelapse comic drawing video is tearing up the charts on youtube. It’s currently…

The ‘Top 10 Halo 3′ series from Anoj continues with a Multikill entry – Episode 22 shows off 10 impressive multikills. A glimpse inside
A Montreal-based 3D-animator who goes by the name ‘eL gRizZLy’ just put up a blog post bubbling about how he’d just wrapped up his 5-month-long work on the Halo 3: ODST cinematics. Looks like it was a crew of freelance animators that was brought in to work on these cinematics, rather than using in-house resources.…

Last Gas for 200 Miles
Friday afternoon brought its customary Bungie Weekly Update – but it’s not as chock-full of sink-your-teeth-in goodness that last week’s was. A little bit about the Mythic Map Pack (thunder stolen by gaming sites around the world, beginning with Austria), a little bit about ODST’s development (intriguing, but vague), a sad memorial to the passing…

Wow. Denmark’s NextGenReport has posted a huge (almost 40 minutes long) recording of the Halo Wars Demo, due to be released next week to the public. MEGA to make Halo Wars toys
The website ‘Action-Figure’ has a piece about how the MEGA toy line (they make blocks, like LEGO, but bigger, along with accessories – here’s their Spider-Man 3 collection) has picked up the Halo Wars construction toy franchise. Lots of vehicles, apparently. The toys won’t be out until November, but it’s a good bet we’ll be…

Back of the napkin… er, forum post
pete_the_duck took a few minutes to compare the size of Sandbox (as shown in the newest screenshot) to the size of Foundry (our last extensively-Forgeable map). Go see what he came up with!(Louis Wu 17:45:01 UTC)
