Collectibles are the best and worst thing about sandbox games. As a rule, collecting stuff in-game is awesome. It forces you to look at the environment around you in different ways, however, when those ways are for a gunslinger to collect herbs and flowers… one wonders what it does to the canon.

The guys at RvB Can West are holding an auction for the Child’s Play charity. The auction features donations from Bungie, Epic Games, Microsoft and more. Proceeds benefit kids in hospitals around North America.

The first images of the new style of XBox 360 game box art strip have hit the internet. Nothing too drastic, but the new design looks fresher and cleaner sporting more XBox green to make them stand out from the other consoles.
Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days, Mafia II and Deus Ex: Human Revolution will be just some of the first titles getting the treatment.
