  • Halo IRL: OLAH

Halo is a fictional universe. However, sometimes we catch sight of things in real life that remind us of our favorite science fiction video game franchise. This particular series, titled Halo in Real Life, showcases those very moments. Enjoy the subtle Halo references sometimes spotted when out and about in the real world, and if you have a picture you’d like to submit for possible future inclusion, send it to bsangel[at]halowaypoint.com!

Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn - A Day on the Set by CruelLEGACEY

    From CruelLEGACEY:

I’m sitting in a folding high chair that feels like it’s about to crumple under my weight at any second. To my left sits Frank O’Connor, Franchise Development Director at 343 Industries. To my right sits Jeff Easterling (site administrator for halo.bungie.org), Dan Hammill (vlogger and creator of ReadyUpLive), Fran Mirabella III (Director of Video Production at IGN) and Jessica Shea (Community Manager at 343 Industries). It’s the first time the six of us have all been in the same room at the same time together, yet nobody is talking. In fact, we’re barely paying any attention to each other. Our eyes are fixed on a collection of televisions in front of us, and each of us is wearing a headset connected to a wireless receiver. The screens are filled with young UNSC cadets, sitting down to have lunch in the Academy cafeteria…

  • The Dark Knight Rises – A Halo Machinima

    From Toa TAK:

After seeing The Dark Knight Rises a couple times, I had to bind the excitement I felt with that film to the epic story of Halo. The music is from the fourth trailer of The Dark Knight Rises, and I tried to make a fast-paced video that went as quickly as the music. Enjoy!

  • Fan-made Halo 4 Master Chief Helmet

    Halo 4 Helmet

    From nosaint:

Here are a few pictures of my Halo 4 Master Chief helmet. I’m not a stickler for 100% game accurate, so I have made a few changes. For the details on the visor, I used the negative of a two-part stencil. I then used a spray glass frosting spray (but you could use matte clear or something similar). I’ve just about got it all finished…
