The Mister Chief t-shirt that you saw on the community webcam many weeks ago is now available at Hot Topic both online and in stores. Go to your local mall or Hot Topic’s online shop and grab one to wear at your next xtreme punk rock event.

Bungie.net will be having a server upgrade/move in a couple hours, and we’ll be temporarily turning off sign-ins during this process, which will probably last a half hour on our side, plus whatever additional time it takes for our DNS change to replicate to your part of the Internet.

Hey! It’s the Bungie Weekly Update, this time with 40% less preachiness! A few tidbits about the game, the movie, PAX and the next Halo novel, but nothing to tell your grandchildren about when you grow old. So don’t get too excited.

Last night Bungie took on one of our multiplayer designers’ former employers in a Humpday Challenge. This challenge proves emphatically that, at least when it comes to game designers, we’re awesome. It also proves that one Multiplayer Designer might not be enough.

Cody Miller is reporting over at High Speed Halo that they have finally whittled down the overall time of their Halo 2 speedruns to under two hours. Congrats to Jeff Cousin for getting the run that finally pushed them under the 2 hour mark.

Bungie’s planned opponent this week canceled at the last minute, so the Blood Gulch Regulars stepped up and answered Frankie’s call for replacement killers last night.
