Digging out the flaws
Edge has an interesting feature in which they talk to developers about games that are considered ‘untouchable’ – and get a different view. The latest installment has Free Radical’s David Doak discussing the parts of Halo: Combat Evolved that simply didn’t work for him. Thanks to squidhands, over at NeoGAF, for finding this. Greenskull and Nak3d Eli mess around
Greenskull and Nak3d Eli played around with the Pelican/Phantom easter egg on New Alexandria – swing by and watch the shenanigans. (Gameplay is… well, not very serious. They get up to some crazy stuff.) Nak3d Eli’s version of the silliness can be found here.

Halo IRL: The Wort (Wort Wort!) Hotel
Halo is a fictional universe. However, sometimes we catch sight of things in real life that remind us of our favorite science fiction video game franchise. This particular series, titled Halo in Real Life, showcases those very moments. Enjoy the subtle Halo references sometimes spotted when out and about in the real world, and if you have a picture you’d like to submit for possible future inclusion, send it to bsangel[at]halowaypoint.com!

Scopeless – a Reach Mini-Game
cluckinho stopped by with word of Scopeless, a gametype he set up which looks to be a lot of fun. One team is required to run a gauntlet, collecting as many flags as possible in a specific timeframe… while the other team tries to kill the carriers. The twist? The only weapons available are unscoped sniper rifles. How good are you at no-scopes?(Louis Wu 11:15:28 UTC)
